Made the slow way, the Bilona way

Milk from grass-fed desi cows is set into curd overnight, then hand-churned with a wooden bilona to separate the butter.

The butter is slowly simmered over a low flame until it turns golden and fragrant. It takes far longer than industrial ghee, and you can taste the difference.

Ghee made from A2 desi cow milk. No preservatives, no added flavour or colour.

How to enjoy

• Spoon over hot dal, rice and rotis
• Use for tadka, sweets and high-heat cooking
• Add a teaspoon to warm milk or khichdi

Storage

• Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place
• Always use a clean, dry spoon
• Grainy texture is natural for traditionally made ghee
